How it works
Pricing comes from C:\catalogs\inventory.json — the same file that powers the Online Parts Catalog. A nightly job on the Windows VM rewrites this file's ERP price block right after the upstream NAV sync finishes. Quote line items show an ERP tag when the price came from NAV, and an OOS badge when it's out of stock.
Use part-number mappings when the PM database uses a different SKU than NAV (e.g. LBHYF20029 in PM ↔ HYD-FILT-29 in NAV).
Override global rates for this quote only.
Add multiple units to build a combined fleet maintenance quote. Each unit can have its own OEM/model, tier, quantity, and age.

Prices above are customer-facing — they reflect your current Inputs settings (markup, customer discount, and sales commission all applied). Parts Kit is the annual parts bundle; Inspect and Premium are 1-year contract prices with no travel. To change pricing assumptions, edit the Pricing Adjustments card on the Inputs tab.
